James Muriithi a partner in Milestone Land Access Limited is a Licensed and Practising Valuation Surveyor based in Nairobi. He is a practitioner with a vast knowledge in Real Estate Profession having worked in several public and private Institutions for over two decades (20 years). He holds a Bachelor & Degree in Land Economics and a Masters Degree in Valuation and Property management both from The University of Nairobi and currently pursuing PHD in Real Estate at The Technical University of Kenya.

Mr. Muriithi is a lecturer at The Technical University of Kenya, Nairobi, in the Real Estate Department. He holds a Diploma of the Institution of Survey of Kenya where he is also an examiner He has extensive knowledge and experience in valuation, property marketing, property and facility management,property development & investment, feasibility studies, property advisory and general real estate consulting.
