In the Valuation Department, we undertake valuations for movable and immovable assets which include valuation for sale, purchase, mortgage, insurance, auction, stamp duty rating, rental assessment:
- Residential property and business premises
- Court bond valuations and
- Motor vehicle assessment.
We undertake valuations for:
- Compulsory acquisitions,
- Involuntary resettlement, and
- Wayleave and easement registrations.
We are also experienced in loose asset valuation and tagging.
